Job Title: Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner (Early Intervention and Prevention)

Salary: £28,965 pro rata increment increase per annum subject to funding and satisfactory performance.   

Hours: 22.5 hours per week.

Contract Type: Permanent (funded initially for 3 years)

We are looking for a passionate Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver targeted support to children and young people as part of our Pathways to Wellness service. You will work directly with individuals and families to promote emotional wellbeing, resilience and positive outcomes
