Job Title: Mental Health Support Worker

Salary: £27,485- BAND 4 (Agenda for Change)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent (Subject to funding)

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Support Worker (MHSW) to join the Tees Valley Getting Help Service, supporting children and young people aged 5–18 (up to 25 for those with SEND/EHCP) with emerging mental health needs. Working across schools and community settings, you will deliver evidence-based interventions to help manage mild to moderate challenges, guided by the i-THRIVE framework to ensure personalised, responsive care. As part of a collaborative partnership led by Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust alongside local organisations, you will contribute to an integrated, early intervention service that provides timely advice, practical support, and clear pathways to further help. This role is primarily based in Redcar and Middlesbrough, with flexibility to support across the wider South Tees area.
