For Referral Partners
Become a Referral Partner with The Junction Multibank
The Junction Multibank supports individuals and families facing financial hardship by providing essential goods — but we don’t distribute these items directly. Instead, we work through a network of trusted organisations and services that have direct relationships with people in need.
If you’re part of a not-for-profit organisation — including charities, community groups, local authority teams, NHS services, schools, and similar bodies — and your work brings you into contact with individuals affected by financial pressures, you may be eligible to register with us as a Referral Partner.
What Being a Referral Partner Involves
As a Referral Partner, you’ll be able to order goods from the Multibank on behalf of the people you support. We send out regular updates, including invitations to order and current stock lists, to all registered partners.
There are just a few simple terms:
You must not charge beneficiaries for Multibank goods or sell them under any circumstances.
To help us track our impact, we ask partners to share estimates of the number of individuals and families supported. Occasionally, we may also request anonymous feedback — but no personal information is required. We never ask for names, addresses, or other identifying details of your beneficiaries.
Who Can Receive Support?
Beneficiaries must live within the Tees Valley area, which includes the local authority areas of:
Darlington
Stockton
Hartlepool
Middlesbrough
Redcar and Cleveland
They do not need to live in a specific postcode, receive certain benefits, or fall within any age category. If your organisation has identified them as in financial need, they are eligible for support.
