The Junction is recruiting for Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) 

 Job Title: Qualified Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) 

 Salary:  £28,407 (Band 5 Agenda for Change – depending on experience) 

 Hours: 37.5 hours per week 

 Contract Type: 12 months’ Fixed Term contract (commencing in January 2025) with a possible one-year extension (subject to funding).

 In line with the government’s priority to increase access and availability of mental health and wellbeing support for children and young people, the Education Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) role is an exciting opportunity to deliver evidence-based early interventions for children and young people, working across both educational settings and healthcare sectors in the South Tees. Successful candidates will be employed on a full-time basis by The Junction Foundation and based with a trailblazer site in Middlesbrough, where the Mental Health Support Teams. 

 Trailblazer in South Tees is being delivered by a consortium of partners, the majority of which are from the voluntary and community sector.
