Job Title: Lead Group Worker – Short Breaks
Salary: £28,965 (pro-rata)
Hours: 16 hrs hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st March 2028

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Group Lead to join and enhance our well-established Short Breaks Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, facilitation and smooth running of group sessions, while providing guidance and support to staff to ensure children and young people receive a safe, engaging and positive experience.
Our Short Breaks Service provides two group sessions each week for children and young people with additional needs, offering opportunities for fun, social interaction, learning and building confidence. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful and supportive team, contribute your skills and experience, and make a meaningful difference to the lives of children, young people and their families.
