Job Title: Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator

Salary: £31,467 per annum, pro rata 

Hours: 16 hours a week – Flexible Working

Contract Type: Fixed Term until 30th April 2027

The Junction, a leading charity, seeks a passionate Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator to join our team (flexible, 16hrs/week, can be Negotiable).  

Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator at The Junction (£31,467 per annum pro rata + Benefits cost of living increase pending) 

Empower young people: Help design projects, lead participation groups, drive social action campaigns that matter to them. 

Make a lasting impact: 

·        Amplify youth voice in the Middlesbrough Youth Strategy. 

·        Support young people in social action projects they care about. 

·        Shape the future of youth services through the Youth Strategy Conference.
