Job Title: Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator
Salary: £33,040 per annum, pro rata
Hours: Negotiable – Up to 37.5hrs per week. Flexible working. 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rated)
Contract Type: Fixed until 30 April 2027

We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to support young people in shaping and influencing the direction of the Middlesbrough Youth Strategy. In this role, you will empower young people to have their voices heard by creating meaningful opportunities for feedback and engagement with key decision-makers.
