Job Title: Youth Support Worker

Salary: £24,883 per annum, pro rata

Hours: 2.5hrs every other Monday. More hours to follow!

Contract Type: Variable Hours

JOB PURPOSE

• Support young people during group activities, offering individual attention and encouragement.

• Create a safe and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and respected.

• Proactively identify and report any concerns or incidents to ensure the well-being of all involved.

• Contribute to a positive and dynamic team through participation in meetings and supervision sessions.

• Gain valuable experience and skills in youth work while making a lasting impact on the lives of young people in The Tees Valley.
