Carbon Calculator

At The Junction we take seriously our commitment to the environment and sustainability.  As part of that process, we have undertaken to calculate our carbon footprint, which will allow us to monitor and work towards reducing our impact on the planet.

Calculations include our gas, electricity and water, as well as vehicle usage for both staff and the transportation of the young people we work with, information technology and insurance services, and even the sheets of paper that we use and the rubbish we create.

We calculated our base year as 2022, and the graph below shows the progress already made in 2023.  2024 data will be updated in due course.
